Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Hardware Production / Sustaining Engineer to strengthen Crusoe’s Hardware Systems Engineering team and own the full hardware lifecycle—from prototype bring-up to production—while driving automation and reliability across Crusoe Cloud’s infrastructure.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug and improve PCIe, InfiniBand, and NVMe/storage platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performance hardware for AI workloads and sustainable operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in hardware development or sustaining engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own full hardware lifecycle from prototype bring-up to large-scale production.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for hardware testing.
• Lead deep troubleshooting across PCIe, InfiniBand, NVMe/storage.
• Perform rigorous system validation for GPU/CPU HPC platforms.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.
