Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Hardware Design / System Engineer to join our Mission Systems team in Owego, NY. You will lead the development of advanced processing systems, from requirements to product integration, leveraging model-based engineering and Agile methods.

You will guide teams, manage cross-functional interfaces, and ensure deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments while driving innovation with digital transformation tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or related field with 14+ years of experience; or 12+ years with related Masters.
• Experience leading diverse teams in hardware design and system engineering.
• Strong circuit card design and hands-on lab/testing experience.
• Familiar with DoD/defense hardware development and security requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance.

• Lead hardware development activities and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate card and unit level integration, test, and debug.
• Ensure technical integrity and completeness of deliverables.
• Manage customer interfaces and coordinate with stakeholders.
