Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Security Architect to define and guide HW Root of Trust architecture for its SoCs and GPUs. You will lead hands-on work with internal and external teams to meet security requirements for automotive, gaming and server platforms.

The role requires deep expertise in ASIC/SoC design, secure boot, measured boot, cryptography, and threat modelling, with strong communication skills for collaboration across hardware, software, and research groups.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience with ASIC design and large SoC or GPU architecture.
• Strong programming and debugging in C/C++, Verilog, ARM assembly, Python/Perl.

Responsibilities

• Guide the direction of HW Root of Trust and develop a long-term security roadmap for SoCs and GPUs.
• Research, design, and develop architecture solutions meeting internal and external security standards.
• Review specifications to ensure IP alignment with platform security requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to identify and address security issues and threats.
