Business Computers Management Consulting Group, LLC (BCMC) seeks a Subject Matter Expert in hardware reverse engineering to support federal civilian partners on onsite investigations of OT/ICS devices.

The role requires deep expertise in proprietary hardware, firmware analysis, and threat actor techniques, with TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, to characterize breaches, develop mitigations, and assist with restoration in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of hardware reverse engineering or embedded systems experience.
• Deep expertise in OT/ICS hardware platforms and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hardware reverse engineering of OT/ICS devices.
• Analyze network-edge devices and embedded systems compromised by threats.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of proprietary hardware targeted by adversaries.
• Document exploitation methodologies and defensive countermeasures.
• Train analysts on hardware reverse engineering techniques.
• Provide reach-back support during active investigations.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers on chip-off forensics.
• Develop standard operating procedures for hardware forensics workflows.
