Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Hardware Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for hardware and software engineers. You will partner with the People team and hiring managers to source top talent, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate experiences in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

The role emphasizes sourcing, relationship-building, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and exceptional candidate interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally 2+ years in-house.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple searches.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and maintaining recruiting data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

About the Work

About You

• 5+ years of recruiting experience ideally with 2+ years of in house experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within hardware engineering.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting data.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Authorization to work in the USA.

Location

This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if within a commutable distance of our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future.

Anticipated Base Salary Range

$122,000—$190,000 USD
