A leading company is seeking a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer (NPI) to ensure new wearable electronics meet quality standards during product launch. This role involves working closely with various teams to drive quality deliverables, conduct risk assessments, and facilitate root cause analysis to maintain high standards of quality in consumer electronics.

As a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer (NPI) you will work closely with WHOOP Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations, and internal Quality teams as you will be responsible for new products that meet quality requirements at each phase and launch without major/critical quality issues. You will engage in internal and external business partners to deliver key artifacts, such as Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Critical to Quality (CTQ), DFx, and New Unique Different and Difficult (NUDD).
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
