Qualifications

• Experience with hardware test and lab engineering hands-on.
• Able to follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.
• Your failure logs should allow others to reproduce issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute qualification programs: tests, data collection, results documentation for compute and rack hardware.
• Own the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and ensuring results are valid.
• Log and triage failures with clear evidence, reproduce issues, and escalate as needed.
• Maintain the lab: inventory, calibration, environments ready before hardware arrivals.
