Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in electrical engineering with biomedical sensing experience.
• Ability to turn sensing concepts into working prototypes with lab rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own early-stage electrical prototyping for physiological sensing up to TRL 6.
• Design low-noise front-ends and acquisition chains from architecture to PCB layout.
• Build, bring up, and debug prototype boards and characterization fixtures.
• Deliver small batches of prototype units for studies and external use.
• Derive performance requirements from physiology and define verifications.
• Characterize signal chain to separate sensing performance from artifacts.
• Evaluate new components to de-risk designs before product development.
• Author test plans and characterization reports with clear rationale.
• Hand off de-risked designs to product hardware with data and risks.
