Responsibilities

• Primary support contact in sustaining for internal stakeholders
• Foster relationships and manage customer expectations to ensure needs are aligned with AMD business goals and revenue objectives
• Maintain awareness of, and provide status reports on, program schedule, status, and key issues
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
• Manage customer critical issues and escalations
• Align with cross-functional teams on customer engagement, with emphasis on enabling technical communications, support, and issue resolution
