Job summary

Q-CTRL, a leader in quantum sensing, is seeking a Senior Hardware Integration Technician to assemble and integrate sensing and navigation systems for UAS and test platforms across the US.

You’ll work with hardware, systems, and software engineers to build wiring harnesses, install sensors and computing hardware, perform system checkout, and prepare equipment for lab, field, and flight operations. ITAR applies; US persons only.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification or equivalent hands-on electronics experience.
• Hands-on experience wiring, harness fabrication, and reading electrical schematics/drawings.
• Experience with electronic test equipment and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on assembly, installation, integration, modification, and maintenance of electronic hardware and sensors on UAS and test platforms.
• Fabricate and modify wiring harnesses, cables, connectors, mounts, and enclosures per schematics and work instructions.
• Support hardware bring-up, troubleshooting, testing, and field demonstrations.
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Maintain flight-ready and test-ready hardware with inspections and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure reliable system integration and testing.
• Travel periodically to support flight tests and customer demonstrations.
