Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer for the Tactical Data Links line in the Spectrum Superiority segment. You will work across Systems, Software, CAD, and Manufacturing to ensure producible circuit card designs and meet all requirements.

Responsibilities include leading design workflows, developing schematics, and delivering design documentation while coordinating with supply chain and component engineering. A US Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements and lead high- and low-level design workflows.
• Develop schematics and collaborate with CAD Engineering.
• Produce and test circuit card assemblies in RF, digital and mixed-signal domains.
• Create BOMs and coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain for parts.
• Collaborate with Component Engineering on new designs and sustaining.
