Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5+ years in cross-functional hardware development.
• Ability to read schematics and use design capture tools.
• Experience with microprocessors, FPGAs, CPLDs.
• Experience in Scaled Agile and safety standards IEC 61508/61000.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial automation hardware and control systems.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot systems, software, firmware.
• Collaborate with Agile teams on hardware architecture and verification.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes.
• Prepare design docs and test reports.
• Lead initiatives involving new technologies and circuit design tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware failures and develop solutions.
• Implement hardware test automation and simulation.
• Build relationships across engineering and product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering practices.
