Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our Transformers Value Stream. You will drive the development of next-gen sensing platforms, work on embedded systems, and collaborate across functions to deliver field-ready hardware for industrial and utility applications.

You’ll apply expertise in analog/digital design, industrial protocols, and firmware-hardware co-design, with a focus on reliability, compliance, and scalable manufacturing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of hardware design for embedded systems.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design, low-noise paths and power management.
• Familiarity with sensor integration (temp, humidity, pressure, optical).
• Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Support guidance through the product implementation cycle from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, quality, and program management.
• Advance technology initiatives to develop next-generation sensors and platforms.
