Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a skilled Hardware Engineer in New York to drive next‑gen sensing and monitoring hardware for industrial utilities. You will design analog/digital circuits, develop embedded platforms, and coordinate with architecture, manufacturing, and QA to ensure durable, field‑ready products.

Proficiency with Altium for PCB layout, Modbus/RS-485 or LoRa, and Agile/Scrum is important, as is clear technical communication and rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

  • Support guidance into the entire product implementation cycle including requirements analysis, high level and detailed design, implementation, testing, integration, documentation, compliance certification and introduction to production with architecture team.
  • Work with a multi-functional team including hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product and program management.
  • Support advanced technology initiatives to develop next generation sensors and sensing platforms and improvements in products sustaining activities.
