Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer for Special Projects to serve as a versatile problem-solver across mechanical, electrical, and software domains. You will be deployed on high-priority gaps, from diagnosing hardware integration issues to standing up demos and building internal dashboards.

The role demands breadth across engineering disciplines and the ability to work quickly in ambiguous settings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• MS in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience spanning at least two domains: systems engineering, electromechanical hardware, embedded electronics, test/integration, software, or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience moving between disparate technical domains and delivering results quickly.
• Hands-on hardware experience including fixture design, debugging assemblies, and production-floor work.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or C++ with application to test automation or data analysis.

• Own and execute short-duration, high-impact technical projects across Core Tech, spanning hardware, software, test, manufacturing, and process domains.
• Diagnose and resolve cross-functional technical issues by hands-on engagement with hardware, data, or code as needed.
• Plan and execute customer and internal demonstrations end-to-end: define the demo architecture, coordinate resources, prepare materials, verify readiness, and run the demo.
• Develop test software, automation scripts, and data-analysis tools to close verification gaps and reduce manual effort.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data pipelines to give visibility into yield, test results, and other metrics.
• Perform system-level analysis and trade studies for architecture decisions and integration strategy.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, test, quality, and operations to resolve cross-team issues.
