Job summary

Autonomi Robotics, a developer of autonomous mobile robots for hospital logistics, is seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer to own hardware compliance from the board level up. You will work directly with our CEO/CTO on UL 3300 and FCC readiness, shaping the certification roadmap for the next design cycle.

Based in Orlando, FL, this on-site role requires strong schematics, PCB layout, EMI/EMC testing, and experience with embedded MCUs.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years in hardware design and product compliance.
• Experience with UL 3300 or similar standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UL 3300, UL 62368-1, and related certifications with the test lab.
• Own EMI/EMC pre-compliance testing in-house.
• Evaluate RF modules for FCC compliance and source replacements as needed.
• Reverse-engineer third-party hardware for BOM clarity and vendor negotiation.
• Support PCB design, layout review, and rework across subsystems.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to move designs to production.
• Maintain certification documentation and tracking.
