Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino seeks an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to drive design decisions from concept to mass production on the iPhone team.

You will lead complex analog and high-speed digital hardware developments and work across cross-functional groups to deliver world-class products. You will design and integrate custom hardware into constrained systems, champion PCB layout and system-level trade-offs, and collaborate with manufacturing and test teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years industry experience.
• Electrical engineering fundamentals including analog and high speed digital design.
• Broad experience across different applications and technologies.
• Design of complex system architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware designs from concept to mass production.
• Work daily with multi-functional technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Design and integration of custom hardware into constrained systems.
• Schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout.
