Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino, CA seeks a Manager, Hardware Systems Design (EE) to lead a world-class hardware team developing iPhone components from concept to mass production. You will guide system-level and board-level design decisions and drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing a team of Electrical Engineers, shaping complex architectures, and ensuring robust silicon and PCB integration. Travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience leading a team of engineers.
• Strong EE fundamentals: analog and high-speed digital design.
• Experience designing complex system architectures.
• Broad experience across different applications/technologies.
• Experience with schematic capture and rigid/flexible PCB layout.
• Experience in prototype design and validation of custom silicon.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Electrical Engineers from concept to mass production.
• Design and integrate custom hardware into constrained systems.
• Collaborate daily with multi-functional technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Travel internationally as needed.
