Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the hardware development lifecycle for complex, high-performance security appliances.
• Design Ownership: Architect and drive complex circuit designs and PCB layouts for performance and manufacturability.
• System-Level Validation: Define verification strategies ensuring regulatory and performance specifications.
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Lead root-cause analysis of hardware issues including SI and PDN.
• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with hardware, software, BIOS, and manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks.
• Process & Quality: Improve design methods, maintain documentation, and conduct design reviews.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Integrate AI-driven design tools to streamline cycles and improve quality.
