Job summary

BCforward is seeking an Electrical Hardware Engineer in Folsom, CA for a 12+ month contract. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of hardware design experience, with strong analog and digital hardware skills.

You will assist in bench tests, bring up boards, review schematics, direct layout efforts, write test plans, ECOs, and board validation. Proficiency with Cadence and test equipment is expected, as you collaborate with software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering is required.
• 5+ years of hardware design experience.
• Experience with analog and digital hardware.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB review.
• Ability to write test plans and validation procedures.
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, function generators).
