• Licensed Master of Towing Vessels Western Rivers required.
• Minimum 3 years’ work in the harbor services field.
• Knowledge of navigation rules and procedures necessary.

• Lead and direct crew activities and safety meetings.
• Coordinate scheduled work ensuring safety and efficiency.
