Senior Handbag Designer

Ideal candidate must have a keen eye for fashion and the ability to follow and identify trends (including novelty and embellishments). With experience specifically in handbag design requiring a technical handbag skill set with previous design experience. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast‑pace team environment and be able to move from one project to another seamlessly requiring a tremendous amount of flexibility on a project basis.

Must be proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, with the ability to CAD and generate technical handbag specs, to scale novelty placements and embellishments, hardware technical experience a plus. Must be proficient in Excel and be able to generate style charts for seamless factory correspondence. Excellent communication skills are essential to perform required tasks as well as thrive in a team atmosphere.
