You will be responsible for delivering a full spectrum of hair services, from precision cuts and advanced coloring techniques to sophisticated styling, while also contributing to the salon's artistic direction and fostering a positive, client-focused atmosphere in the Northern Cape adjacent region.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, styles, and advanced color services (e.g., balayage, highlights, color correction) for diverse clientele.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess hair type, style preferences, and needs.
• Provide expert advice on hair care, maintenance, and styling products.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends , techniques, and product innovations in the industry.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior stylists, sharing expertise and maintaining salon quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist .
• Proficiency in a wide range of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types.
• Strong understanding of hair health and ability to recommend appropriate treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
