You will set creative direction, ensure exceptional client experiences, and stay ahead of color trends while maintaining professional ethics and client care.

Qualifications

• Relevant cosmetology certification or equivalent credential.
• 7+ years of senior hair styling with color specialization.
• Expert in cutting, styling, and all coloring techniques.
• Excellent client consultation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert cutting, styling and finishing for diverse clients.
• Perform advanced color services including balayage, highlights, ombre, color correction.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand hair type and lifestyle.
