Job summary

LJA Land Development is seeking a Project Manager to lead drainage analyses and design support for land development clients. The H&H group develops drainage studies that optimize conservation, amenities, and overall site plans while meeting client needs.

A successful candidate will coordinate projects with PE's and EIT's, supervise hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and communicate effectively with clients and other consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Civil Engineering, or related degree
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 7-10 years experience in H&H analysis and design
• Proficient in commonly used H&H software (RAS, HMS, Unsteady, 2D, ICPR, XP-SWMM)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct engineering projects with complex features
• Lead PE’s and EIT’s to produce hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
• Manage daily operations and schedules for H&H analysis
• Use standard and advanced hydrology/hydraulics modeling techniques
• Interact with clients and consultants, building relationships
