Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration Developer (ACE Certified) to configure, extend, and support PolicyCenter in a cloud-based environment. You will lead hands-on configuration, integration with BillingCenter, and production support across the SDLC.

The role involves cloud usage, SOAP/RESTful services, SQL, and CI/CD processes, with mentoring of teammates and collaboration across Agile teams in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
• Guidewire ACE Certification in PolicyCenter Configuration.
• Extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration.
• PolicyCenter and BillingCenter integration knowledge.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud.
• Knowledge of SOAP/REST web services, XML, and plugins.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Support integration between PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.
• Develop, maintain, and provide production support for PolicyCenter.
• Work with Guidewire Cloud and cloud integration mechanisms where applicable.
• Develop and support SOAP/RESTful web services, messaging, XML, XSD, and plugins.
• Create SQL queries for application support and development activities.
• Participate in Agile delivery, code release management, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Use GitHub or TortoiseSVN, Jenkins, JIRA, and Azure DevOps during development and maintenance.
• Contribute to estimation, test planning, requirements analysis, design, implementation, and SDLC activities.
• Lead development efforts while coaching and mentoring team members.
