Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking a Senior Specialist - Business Analysis to lead requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter projects. You will gather, document, and translate business needs into clear requirements and use cases while coordinating with IT, business users, and QA teams.

The role requires strong SCRUM participation, stakeholder management, and the ability to work through ambiguity. Occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

Gathered, analyzed, documented business and technical requirements from formal and informal sessions.
Handson experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter requirement gathering.
Develops business requirements, documenting workflow and processes for PolicyCenter.
Actively participate in SCRUM meetings and ensure Agile methods are used.

Responsibilities

Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter
Lead requirements definition for complex projects and multi-year initiatives
Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements gathering sessions and presentations
Lead review sessions for completed business requirements and obtain approval
Build relationships with business units and support functions
Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure out-of-the-box functionality
Support UAT planning, test plans, and scripts; facilitate UAT execution and signoff
Provide direction to IT Business Analysts
Travel as required (~10%)
