Tata Consultancy Services in the United States is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire PolicyCenter and related components. You will gather requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops, and bridge business users with the development team.

The role emphasizes hands-on BRD/FRD creation, user stories, test alignment, and ensuring acceptance criteria are met across SIT/UAT and production issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire Policy Center, Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
• Min 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholders
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.
• Create BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutions
• Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. Validate business requirements against implemented solutions. Work with QA teams to resolve defects and production issues
• Expert in JIRA, JWM
