Job summary

A leading solutions provider for the insurance industry is seeking a Guidewire Business Analyst to join their team. This mid-senior level position focuses on product inception and configuration, requiring extensive Guidewire PolicyCenter experience and strong skills in Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will actively engage with business stakeholders, document requirements, and lead mentoring efforts with the offshore team. This contract role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years of Guidewire® PolicyCenter implementation experience for Commercial Lines.
• Guidewire cloud upgrade experience and Guidewire Cloud ACE Certification mandatory.
• Strong experience in implementing Commercial lines on the Guidewire suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead product inception and configuration efforts for Guidewire.
• Document requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter and related platforms.
• Mentor and guide Business Analysts aligned with delivery goals.
