Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a hands-on Senior Guidewire Data Developer to lead architecture and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and ContactManager into enterprise data platforms. You will modernize legacy data environments into cloud-native architectures and drive measurable business outcomes through scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on Senior Guidewire Data Developer with experience integrating Guidewire components into enterprise data platforms.
Experience modernizing legacy data environments to cloud-native architectures.
Strong knowledge of Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric.
Ability to lead complex enterprise initiatives and partner across business, analytics and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains overall database/data warehouse to integrate data from various sources/systems throughout the organization.
Establishes database management systems, standards, guidelines and quality assurance for database deliverables.
Develops strategies for data acquisition, archive recovery, and database implementation.
