Job summary

ValueMomentum’s Technology Center seeks an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in BillingCenter and Smart Communications forms and correspondence solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders, billing operations, customer communications, and IT teams to define and document requirements for billing processes, invoices, notices, statements, and customer-facing communications.

The role requires strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Guidewire

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial BA experience.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• 5+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter experience.
• 2+ years of Smart Communications experience.
• Experience in P&C Insurance and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, billing ops, customer service, product owners, and IT to document requirements.
• Conduct workshops and discovery to capture current and future business processes.
• Create BRD, FRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into BillingCenter configurations and Cloud/On-prem solutions.
• Define and validate SmartCOMM templates, forms, and document generation.
