Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Guidance Navigation & Controls Engineer for Boeing on a contract basis in Everett, WA. The role supports production operations and supplier builds, investigating and resolving SRPs, fleet issues, and safety-critical corrective actions to restore airworthiness and flow.

Responsibilities include rapid line troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, system architecture review, test planning, and cross-functional coordination with suppliers, regulators, and airline

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace or regulated industry.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot line and supplier production issues; define corrective actions.
• Investigate fleet anomalies; perform root cause analysis.
• Review system architecture and requirements; assess impacts.
• Lead tests and document results; develop test plans.
• Produce safety artifacts: FMEA, fault trees, traceability.
• Coordinate across manufacturing, avionics, suppliers, regulatory teams.
• Mentor teams on design intent and troubleshooting.
