Job summary

You will lead onsite investigations, assess exposure, negotiate settlements, and deliver concise written summaries. The role may require after-hour on-call and training duties across the Resort; a Florida adjuster license and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 520 or 620 All-Lines Adjusters’ License with the State of Florida in good standing.
• Proven experience and strong understanding of property and casualty insurance and claims handling.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, including scene investigations, evaluation and negotiation skills of liability claims.
• Ability to work under deadline pressures and handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrate familiarity with automated claims administration and management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate guest liability claims services for Walt Disney World Resort guests.
• Conduct onsite investigations and evaluate liability exposure.
• Resolve claims directly with guests and attorneys.
• Present to leaders and train across the Resort.
• Be willing to have periodic on-call responsibilities, including after hours.
