Job summary

OpenAI, Inc. is seeking a senior contributor to lead GTM Strategy & Operations for Security & Safety in San Francisco. You will partner with Policy, Product, Safety, Legal, Data, Sales, and Marketing to translate policy into scalable GTM plans and execution models.

You will drive operating models, cadence, and escalation paths while shaping customer-centered strategies and field enablement for security-focused products.

Qualifications

• Experience defining GTM operating models and launch plans.
• Ability to translate policy, security and safety into actionable GTM guidance.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, policy, safety, legal and sales.

Responsibilities

• Define the GTM operating model for Security & Safety with clear ownership and cadences.
• Translate policy considerations into GTM guidance and processes.
• Develop go-to-market strategy for cybersecurity models and launch readiness.
• Capture recurring customer needs related to security and policy implementation.
• Inform product roadmaps and policy development from field feedback.
• Track demand, blockers, and market signals to refine strategy.
• Prepare analyses for senior stakeholders and executives.
