Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a senior GTM Strategy & Operations professional to build and scale the operating system for its Professional Services business. This hands-on IC role intersects business strategy, finance, go-to-market, and delivery, turning ambiguous questions into clear decisions and repeatable mechanisms.

You will define strategy, plan capacity, model demand and revenue, and provide executive-facing insights to drive durable product adoption and profitable services growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, or comparable roles.
• Strong command of services economics, pipeline, bookings, margin, utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Exceptional quantitative modeling skills with auditable demand, staffing, revenue, and scenario models.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the business and GTM strategy for Professional Services, including pricing and packaging, partner motions, and where to standardize delivery.
• Own long-range, annual, and quarterly planning translating goals into bookings, revenue, margin, and capacity.
• Build integrated demand, capacity, staffing, and revenue models and turn outputs into executive recommendations.
• Design the management system with KPIs, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly operating cadences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Ops.
