Job summary

Vector Solutions is seeking a Senior Analyst of GTM Operations to join the Revenue Strategy & Operations team. You will partner with senior leaders to design and execute Vector's go-to-market strategy, including annual sales planning, territory management, quota design, pricing, and deal desk operations.

The role is high-ownership with no direct reports, emphasizing data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, and enablement teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, analytics, or revenue strategy/operations.
• Strong ability to work with large data sets and build driver-based models.
• Excel or Google Sheets expert; Salesforce CRM required; SQL/Python/Access a plus.
• Familiarity with BI platforms, including CRM Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and support territory planning, performance analysis, and strategic insights.
• Lead annual sales planning, headcount planning, and GTM motion alignment.
• Develop views of GTM performance across bookings, renewals, and growth initiatives.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support pricing, renewal execution, land-and-expand motions, and packaging.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Enablement, Finance, and sector leadership on analyses.
• Assist with deal governance, discount guardrails, and approval workflows.
