Job summary

Mercor is seeking a remote General Sales / GTM Evaluator contract role in Canada. You will assess AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor, and identify factual or presentation errors across documents and decks.

You will provide clear feedback to improve AI model outputs and collaborate with AI teams to enhance training data relevance. This role requires independence and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in General Sales / GTM.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides (Google Slides / PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to ensure accuracy and rigor.
• Identify and correct factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance training data quality and domain relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
