Job summary

Spotify in New York City is seeking a Senior Program Analyst - GTM Ops to own the technical layer that powers Revenue Growth. You will build team-specific tools, endpoints, and pipelines, and deliver reporting that helps sellers act and prioritize opportunities.

You will collaborate with data engineering and Insights, maintain dbt models, and extend pipelines, including LLM-driven data workflows. This role blends analytics with GTM execution.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data/reporting experience, ideally supporting go-to-market, growth or sales teams.
• Proficient in SQL and BigQuery with reliability and maintainability in mind.
• Experience with dbt and maintaining models within an existing DAG.
• Focus on building reliable systems that scale for a team.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Curiosity about applying AI in data workflows, including LLM-driven pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact data problems that support revenue growth and scale advertising.
• Build and maintain dbt models and BigQuery pipelines powering team tools and reporting.
• Monitor pipeline health and coordinate with data engineering and Insights teams.
• Create dashboards and reports for sales teams with clear, actionable views.
• Partner with sales leadership to understand needs and prioritize data solutions.
• Improve how data is used in the sales process and surface signals for outreach.
• Support pipelines processing unstructured data using LLMs; ensure outputs are reliable.
