Job summary

Innosight, a global strategy consulting firm, seeks a Senior Associate for the Strategy & Operations team to own workstreams, lead rigorous analyses, and help clients translate strategy into measurable business results.

You will work with Managers, Directors, and Partners on growth strategy, operational transformation, profitability improvement, and organizational effectiveness in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in management consulting or related leadership roles.
• Experience delivering strategic and operational initiatives.
• Experience owning significant workstreams in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience applying generative AI tools in consulting or business contexts.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage one or more project workstreams from problem definition to recommendations.
• Structure problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of performance, opportunities, and drivers.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
• Develop client deliverables including presentations and models.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, and sessions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client executives.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring quality.
• Coach junior team members with feedback and quality reviews.
• Contribute to business development, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.
• Leverage methodologies and AI to enhance analysis and impact.
