Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in PPC/SEM/Social/Display.
• Experience with customer acquisition leveraging LTV models for business services products
• Strong knowledge of smart bidding strategies, including Google Ads’ TROAS and TCPA
• Experience executing across multiple performance marketing channels
• Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools, including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
• Experience using external competitive research tools such as SEM Rush
• Proven track record of driving measurable results in PPC (revenue growth, profit growth, ROI improvement)
• You enjoy working in a team environment and look forward to supporting the business to meet required goals

Responsibilities

• Development growth strategy and oversee the day-to-day execution of performance marketing for the property
• Direct and support team members in determining the optimal tactics and approach to realize the commercial priorities
• Coordinate with product and finance teams to understand product LTVs to ensure media channels target ROI
• Utilize data-driven analysis insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations for optimisations
• Evaluate and improve attribution models used to measure channel performance
• Advise the team on findings from regular performance reviews to drive growth
• Work closely with product managers to align paid strategy with on-site experience
• Explain variance in performance against target to leadership in management commentary
