• Experience with website analytics and internal reporting tools.
• Experience using SEMrush for competitive research.
• Proven track record of measurable PPC results.
• Team-oriented with goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy and oversee day-to-day execution of performance marketing for the property.
• Direct and support team members in determining the optimal tactics to realize commercial priorities.
• Coordinate with product and finance teams to understand product LTVs and ensure media channels operate at target ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
• Evaluate and improve attribution models to measure channel performance.
• Advise leadership on performance findings and required actions to drive growth.
• Align paid strategy with on-site experience with product managers.
• Explain performance variance to leadership and stakeholders.
