Are you looking to join a dynamic, agile team with a growth mindset? If so, we'd love to meet you. As a Senior Growth Partnerships Manager at Aura from Unity, you will be responsible for the success of key strategic clients, managing a book of business worth 8 figures annually.

What you'll be doing
  • Engaging with major app developers, game developers, mobile agencies, and media agencies.
  • Leading and maximizing business opportunities and revenue targets as the main point of contact.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and advertising partners.
  • Owning the success of high-profile clients by analyzing performance and strategizing improvements to meet their business goals.
  • Creating Quarterly Business Review presentations and providing competitive insights to educate and upsell clients.
  • Driving revenue growth through upsells, strategic initiatives, and creative deals within your own book of business.
  • Utilizing data effectively to inform business and product decisions.
What we're looking for
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, facilitation) to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle details accurately while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, evaluate, and analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail combined with strategic thinking.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in online or mobile advertising, with a track record of growing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
