Job summary

M-KOPA is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own two core growth pods in year one, then expand into lifecycle. You’ll drive multi-channel campaigns, optimize funnel performance, and run experiments to build scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing with real ownership over campaigns or pods.
• Hands-on fluency in CRM platforms like CleverTap, Braze, or similar.
• Ability to walk into a pod, understand what works and why, and make strategic calls.

Responsibilities

• Build and run multi-channel campaigns (SMS, WhatsApp, push, in-app) in CleverTap against pod goals.
• Track funnel performance and flag drop-off points to kub pod lead.
• Run structured experiments with clear hypotheses (creative, audience, incentive, timing).
• Document effective playbooks for the next person to pick up.
• Maintain data quality and campaign tracking for leadership review.
