Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to launch and scale Monzo Business across European markets. You’ll own the day-to-day execution and optimization of Direct Mail campaigns, while supporting Paid Social and Paid Search activities.

This is a hands-on role requiring data-driven decision making and collaboration across Brand, Product, and Data teams. You’ll work in a hybrid setup, based out of London with options for UK remote work, and benefit from learning budget and flexible

Qualifications

• Experience with Direct Mail campaigns in an acquisition or growth marketing environment.
• Strong hands-on campaign execution across multiple channels.
• Ability to use data to tell a story about performance and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end activity across European markets from planning to reporting.
• Lead delivery and optimization of Direct Mail activity, including audience selection and testing.
• Support Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns with channel managers to optimize activity.
• Develop testing strategies around account structure, campaigns, experiments, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with local market teams and Brand/Integrated Marketing/Data teams to ensure local relevance.
• Share learnings to build repeatable playbooks for launching Monzo Business in new markets.
• Demonstrate customer-first approach and agile working practices.
