Newcode.ai is seeking a highly proactive Senior Growth Marketing Manager to shape and scale the marketing function in a fast-paced startup. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across channels, writing copy and analyzing results.

You will translate market insights into compelling messaging for law firms, drive demand generation, content, events, and digital marketing, and travel to conferences and client meetings. Collaborate with Sales and Engineering to align on pipeline goals.

Formación

• 5+ years in marketing, preferably AI/tech startups.
• Proven ability to grow demand and pipeline in fast-paced environments.
• Strong copywriting and content development across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives aligned to growth and pipeline goals.
• Own demand generation strategy and optimize messaging, channels, and audiences.
• Create on-brand content for website, blogs, email, social, and ads.
• Shape brand positioning and messaging to differentiate in legal tech markets.
• Own website, SEO, email campaigns, and landing pages for conversions.
• Plan and run events, conferences, and field marketing with clear ROI.
• Define KPIs and report on marketing impact with data-driven insights.
