Job summary

Alumni Ventures is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to oversee various channels, including Google Ads and affiliate programs. The successful candidate will operate cross-channel and optimize performance, working closely with the growth team.

In addition, you will have ownership over newsletter marketing and podcast advertising initiatives. The role is hybrid, requiring three days in the New York office, and offers comprehensive benefits including unlimited PTO and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, preferably in DTC or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search/Google Ads with a proven track record.
• Experience with affiliate program management, email/newsletter marketing, or podcast advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search performance and agency management to achieve ROAS and CAC goals.
• Lead the DTC affiliate program to grow customer acquisition.
• Own newsletter marketing strategy to increase new customers and revenue.
