Job summary

Freebird is a 9-figure DTC brand seeking a Senior Growth Designer to own the CRO design function end-to-end, guiding experimentation roadmap, high-leverage surfaces, and scalable design system. You'll work hands-on in Figma, ship A/B variants, analyze heatmaps and funnel data, and partner with CRO Manager.

This remote role requires meaningful overlap with US working hours and aims for measurable revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience in Ecommerce/DTC
• Proven CRO experience with measurable revenue impact
• Strong collaboration with product and data teams

Responsibilities

• Own CRO design roadmap and experiment backlog
• Lead design for PDPs, checkout, and other high-leverage pages
• Build and govern the design system and tokens
• Deliver production-ready UI within sprint cadence
• Mentor junior designers and raise design standards
