Job summary

Releady is seeking a Senior Manager to own and deliver its health-plan commercial and growth programs. Hybrid work model with 2x weekly onsite in San Diego, Long Beach, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, or Oakland; six-month contract-to-hire. Compensation ranges between $85 and $95 per hour, requiring W-2 eligibility.

You will lead a team of Technical Delivery Leads, coordinate with health plan executives, and ensure programs are chartered, sequenced, and delivered with decision-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program, delivery, or engineering program management.
• 3+ years managing delivery leads, program managers, or project managers.
• Experience presenting status, risk, and tradeoffs to senior executives.
• Strong command of agile delivery, backlog management, and governance artifacts.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendors as part of large implementations.
• Health plan or payer experience is preferred in commercial lines of business.
• Experience utilizing AI/ML concepts in a professional setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-platform commercial and growth programs from charter through rollout and go-live.
• Translate commercial strategy, product changes, and growth targets into scoped, sequenced delivery plans.
• Determine which initiatives require enterprise leadership and which use standard portfolio governance.
• Coordinate dependencies, timelines, and capacity across platform teams and vendors.
• Run governance cadence with weekly forums and bi-weekly executive reviews.
• Deliver clear weekly status, top risks, and decisions to senior leadership; manage escalations.
• Maintain charters, RACI matrices, rollout plans, RAID logs, and traceability from intake to delivery.
