Job summary

Tanzerra Resorts seeks an ambitious Assistant Director of Group Sales to grow mid-Atlantic group business for two luxury independent resorts. This remote role covers The Tides Inn and The Cove, Eleuthera, with regular travel to markets, trade shows, and client events.

You will drive group nights, manage negotiations, and partner with resort leadership to deliver exceptional experiences. You will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing, prospect and close new business, and maintain robust CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of group sales experience in a luxury hotel/resort.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality sales experience.
• Willingness to travel regularly to resort locations and markets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new group business across targeted markets.
• Build relationships with corporate, incentive, association, and luxury clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, and familiarization trips.
• Create customized proposals and negotiate profitable contracts.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure flawless program execution.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Represent Tanzerra Resorts at industry events and trade shows.
• Help develop sales strategies and collateral for luxury growth.
