Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Group Project Manager for healthcare and pharmaceutical advertising. This remote role leads cross-functional teams from planning through execution to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with agency-quality standards.

The role includes mentoring junior PMs, collaborating with Account leadership on annual plans, and proactively addressing financial and resource risks to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct project management experience, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare advertising, or regulated industries.
• Ability to manage complex, integrated work and develop PM staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for complex, integrated pharmaceutical advertising work across channels.
• Translate client plans into actionable project, timeline, budget, and resource plans with Account leadership.
• Oversee schedules, milestones, dependencies, and approvals across multiple concurrent projects and lines of business.
• Mentor, develop, and manage junior project managers with workload oversight and escalation support.
• Monitor scope, hours, budgets, burn, and resource utilization; adjust and manage change control as needed.
• Champion workflow standards, resolve bottlenecks, communicate status, and drive process improvements.
